Usage with ChatGPT

The StrideHQ MCP server address is:

https://app.stridehq.ai/api/mcp
  1. In ChatGPT, open Settings > Apps > Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode. On Business, Enterprise and Edu workspaces an admin or owner turns this on.
  2. Create an app, name it "StrideHQ", paste the server address and choose OAuth sign-in.
  3. Sign in with your StrideHQ login and approve access.
