# Usage with ChatGPT

> Add StrideHQ as an app in ChatGPT and sign in with your StrideHQ login.

The StrideHQ MCP server address is:

1. In ChatGPT, open **Settings > Apps > Advanced settings** and turn on **Developer mode**. On Business, Enterprise and Edu workspaces an admin or owner turns this on.
2. Create an app, name it "StrideHQ", paste the server address and choose OAuth sign-in.
3. Sign in with your StrideHQ login and approve access.
