The StrideHQ MCP server lets an AI assistant work with StrideHQ for you. Ask it to prepare a payment run, check which creators can't be paid yet, or explain where a run has got to, in plain English.

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard for connecting AI assistants to other software. Any AI assistant that supports custom MCP connectors with OAuth sign-in can connect to StrideHQ.

Your AI assistant acts as you. It signs in with your StrideHQ login and can only do what you can do in StrideHQ.

What you need

  • MCP access switched on for your organisation. This is set up during onboarding. Request access if you don't have it yet.
  • AI clients allowed by your Owner, in Settings > Developers, under AI clients.
  • A StrideHQ login. Your AI assistant gets the same role and permissions as you.
  • An AI assistant that supports custom MCP connectors. Some AI tools only offer custom connectors on certain plans, so check yours.

Connect

The StrideHQ MCP server address is:

https://app.stridehq.ai/api/mcp

Once AI clients are allowed, you'll also find it with a copy button in Settings > Developers, under Connector address.

Step-by-step setup for each AI client:

Check it's working

Ask your assistant:

Which creators can't be paid yet, and why?

It should answer using your StrideHQ data and show that it used a StrideHQ tool.

Get access

We set up MCP access with each customer. Request access to get started.
