An organisation in StrideHQ is a brand or a talent agency. Either way, StrideHQ pays creators on your behalf.

- **Brands** use StrideHQ to pay creators directly.
- **Talent agencies** use StrideHQ to pay the creators they represent. Brands pay the agency outside StrideHQ, and the agency then pays its creators through StrideHQ.
