# Paying in multiple currencies

> Pay creators in 130+ currencies from one payment run, with exchange rates refreshed when you approve.

One payment run can pay every creator, in every currency. You approve and fund the run once, and each creator is paid in their own currency.

## Supported currencies

StrideHQ pays creators in 130+ currencies, on local payment rails where they're available. Some currencies are switched on for your organisation on request.

## Who moves the money

StrideHQ prepares and runs the payment run. Payments, currency conversion and safeguarding of funds are handled by our regulated payment provider.

## Exchange rates

When a run includes other currencies, StrideHQ shows indicative exchange rates while you review it. The rates are refreshed when you approve the run.

## How long payouts take

- **Faster Payments (UK):** usually arrives within minutes
- **SEPA (euro):** the same or next business day
- **Other international payments:** 1 to 3 business days

## When a payout fails

If a payout fails, for example because a creator's bank details are wrong, StrideHQ tells you which payout failed and why, and asks the creator to correct their details. You can then retry it without rebuilding the run.

## In your accounts

If you use Xero, every payout syncs to it, matched to its invoice and PO, in the currency it was paid.
